A slight exception to this is the character design, which can occasionally be surprising, vibrant, and funny. The same can be said about the visual design, which is ultimately generic and uninspiring. This is obviously due to the low budget and while I'm sure the developers did the best with what they had, it is nevertheless distracting to have the same droning tracks and sound effects playing on repeat. Music and visuals are used over and over again. This is especially a problem in the ice levels, where movement is awful to the point of many deaths simply completely undeserved.
